4. Skill Test & Interview: शॉर्टलिस्टेड कैंडिडेट्स को 'New Era Solution' कंपनी द्वारा साक्षात्कार और कंप्यूटर टाइपिंग/अकाउंटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर टेस्ट (Tally/Excel) के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
5. Preference: कन्नौज जनपद के स्थानीय निवासियों को इस भर्ती में वरीयता दी जाएगी।

Job Profile & Responsibilities (कार्य का विवरण)

राजस्व एवं आपदा विभाग में एकाउंटेंट का पद जिम्मेदारी से भरा होता है। मुख्य कार्यों में Financial Management, बुक कीपिंग और दैनिक वित्तीय लेनदेन का सटीक रिकॉर्ड रखना शामिल है। इसके अलावा:

• वाउचर, बिल, लेजर और रजिस्टरों का रखरखाव करना।
• वार्षिक बजट तैयार करने में आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (DDMA) की सहायता करना।
• सरकारी ऑडिट (Internal & External Audit) के लिए रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना और उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र (UCs) समय पर जमा करना।
• GST और सरकारी वित्तीय नियमों (GFR) का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
• आपदा की स्थिति में contingency fund का त्वरित निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करना।
